Multiplier event in Zagreb

Different Skills from Different Sports was the topic for the multiplier event held in Croatia last 13th of February.

This event was promoted in the framework of the Presendency Board of HAŠK Mladost, showing the results obtained during SbS4MED project and pilot actions implemented at the local level.

The main discussion was around the differences that the coaches found when implementing the pilot actions with Individual or Team sports. Coaches needed different methods in approaching a group and individuals. Much deeper and more detailed approach was achieved in individual coaching sessions, than in groups. In group sessions, it was easier to tackle the group, team and collective notions, while in individual sessions the subjective, internal, emotional and
mental notions well more easily elaborated and brought in liaison with the skills needed for the labour market.
