‘How Trainers develop skills for the labour market’ was the theme of the closing session of the Portuguese National Congress of Coaches. This was a spin-off of the last Multiplier Event of SbS4MED.
This was the last Multiplier Event promoted by the project engaging 8 HR experts to raise awareness on the relevance of looking into the soft skills promoted by sport.
In 2021, Lisbon is the European Capital of Sport and hosts the 13th Global Coach Conference. This congress is organised by our partners Coaching Portugal and we will present the first results obtained within IO1 of SbS4MED.
